SIGGRAPH ENCORE DVD-ROM Update

ACM SIGGRAPH worked tirelessly to get as many permissions as possible. The final permission list was approved last week.  As a result, we have finalized the DVD-ROM and have sent them off to get replicated. We will let those that have purchased the DVD-ROM when the disc has been shipped out.
